9. Limit the serving sizes of meat to the size of the palm of your hand and try to keep vegetables and carbohydrates to the amount you could fit in your cupped hand.
10. Try eating slowly it may make you feel full with less food.
11. You should eat three meals a day at the same time and same amount each day to keep your blood sugar regular.
12. If you snack try to snack at the same time each day.
