Barney’s Pharmacy is an independently owned and operated and has been serving the South Augusta and Central Savannah River Areas for more than 50 years. Although Barney’s takes pride in its friendly, hometown atmosphere, our approach to patient wellness and healthcare technology is big city style!

We are more than your traditional apothecary, offering our customers a variety of durable medical equipment such as urological and ostomy supplies, special wound care dressings, ointments and solutions, compression hosiery and diabetic supplies.

Our Wellness Center, created with the idea of helping patients take control of their health, provides many services to our patients such as blood sugar and pressure testing, cholesterol screening and immunizations. The latest addition to our line up is our “Dinner with Dr. David” series, educational classes on managing diabetes.
